Small-business sites, engineered properly.

I bring the same engineering I use on trading platforms and factory systems to websites for small businesses: fast, accessible, easy to update, and yours to keep.

Schedule of services

What I build

S-01

Websites for small businesses

Custom-designed, fast sites for contractors, studios, restaurants, and creatives. No templates; built around what you actually sell.

  • Custom design + brand fit
  • Mobile-first, responsive
  • Contact and booking forms with email delivery
  • SEO basics + analytics
S-02

Internal portals + dashboards

Tools your team signs into: job boards, CRMs, estimating, inventory, and reporting, like the SPR portal and the Ace suite.

  • Company sign-in + roles
  • Postgres-backed data
  • Document and spreadsheet workflows
  • Deploy on Vercel or your servers
S-03

Redesigns + rebuilds

Take a slow or dated site and rebuild it on a modern stack, keeping your content and your search ranking.

  • Content migration
  • Performance + accessibility pass
  • Redirects that keep old links working
  • A fresh visual system
S-04

Hosting, care + updates

Domains, deploys, email, and the small changes that come up after launch, handled so you don't have to think about it.

  • Domain + DNS setup
  • Hosting and deploys
  • Content and feature updates
  • Uptime and form monitoring

Sequence of work

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Survey

A short call about your business, your customers, and what the site needs to do. I look at what you have today.

Deliverable A one-page brief and a scope you can say yes or no to.

  2. 02

    Schematic

Wireframes and a visual direction, drawn up before any code. We agree on layout and content first.

Deliverable Clickable wireframes and a style sheet.

  3. 03

    Build

I build it on a live preview link you can open on your phone at any time, with check-ins as pages come together.

Deliverable A working site on a private preview URL.

  4. 04

    Handover

Launch on your domain, a plain-language walkthrough, and you own the code, accounts, and content.

Deliverable Live site, repo access, and a care plan if you want one.

Questions

Before you ask

How long does a site take?

It depends on scope. A focused small-business site usually takes a few weeks from brief to launch; portals and dashboards take longer and are scoped in phases.

Do I own the site when we're done?

Yes. The code lives in a repository you own, and the domain, hosting, and email accounts are in your name.

Can you work with an existing site or brand?

Yes. I can redesign within your current brand, migrate content from an old platform, or extend an existing app.

What about after launch?

I offer ongoing care for updates, new pages, and hosting. Or I hand everything over with docs so your team can run it.
